If you want to use an image you have previously uploaded you may click on the image thumbnail, give it a description and click "insert" Insert icon(top right).

If you want to upload your image resized for web click the button on the lower left of the image pop-up window called "choose file". Choose File

You will be able to browse the files on hour computer. Locate and select the image you want to upload then click "open".  open

Immediately click the "start upload" Start Uploadbutton that is just to the right of the "choose file" button within the pop-up window.

Once the file has been uploaded you will see text at the top of the pop-up window that says "upload complete". upload complete

Select the thumbnail of the image you just uploaded by clicking on it once. You will see the image name appear next to "Image URL".
Write a few word description where it says "Image Description". Try to use keywords related to your business or location in your image descriptions. For example if the photo is of the Queen Mary in Long Beach a good description would be Queen Mary Long Beach CA not IMG234587 or QM. These descriptions will bot been seen by people visiting your site. Search engines will see them and use them to direct relevant traffic to your site.

You can give it a title if you would like but it's not as crucial as the description is for good search engine optimization.

After you have given the image you selected a keyword rich description click "insert" insert (top right of pop-up window).

You should now see your image in the editor. Feel free to add text to the page as well.

Click "save" save at the top of the article. If you click to a different page before you save your changes will be lost. Save often!
