Our office lease is expiring, and we have decided to change our business location. Our Belmont Shore office has very limited space, and we have encountered a few other challenges due to the age of the building. These factors, combined with a substantial proposed increase in our rent, have prompted us to contemplate a move. After considering a variety of alternatives, we have ultimately decided to return to downtown Long Beach at 411 W Seaside Way, where we have access to spacious, recently constructed conference rooms in which to host client meetings and deliver presentations as needed. It is our hope that the larger, more modern facilities will better serve our needs and, most importantly, those of our clients.
